Our club warmly welcomes new members, being a very friendly club offering tennis for everyone. With two floodlit hard courts, we have a Mixed team in the local Cambridgeshire league. But we are far more than that, some call it social tennis, others call it a bit of fun. A new season, a new start , beginner or experienced - WE WELCOME YOU TO ATTEND ON ANY TUESDAY FROM 24th APRIL AT 7.00-9.00PM, that's when our club nights officially start this year. Come and have a look.

Club nights start Tuesday 24th April at 7pm, but we aim to blow away a few cobwebs on 17th April.
Tuesday will be the main club night, then subject to who is available that week, then also Thursday.
We have Mixed team in Div 9 this year..

You dont have to be a member to attend, come along, have a look and see, you are most welcome. (Inviations via email have been sent to all members where we hold email addresses).
Christmas Wishes - The committee wish all members, fellow tennis players and Bar Hill residents and very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. (Dont forget the Christmas dinner below 20/1/12)

Summer 2012 - We are pleased to announce that we will have a team in the Mixed Cambs Leaque - we play our home matches on Wednesday evenings.
SEASON EXTENDED - It may be November, but with such excellent club nights during the summer, we have decided to carry on each Tuesday and Thursday throughout the winter. 7pm to 9pm. However to ensure we have numbers attending, please text Lynda a day before to advise that you will be coming.
Wimbledon is now over - Long summer evenings, we don't bite (well not that often), come down and have a game.

FREE Open Nights - The Club is opening for 4 nights Tuesday 3rd May, Thursday 5th May, Tuesday 10th May and Thursday 12th May (3.30pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm). The evenings are FREE and open to families and players of all abilities. We would like to encourage anyone who feels that they would like to have a go at tennis but perhaps has not been brave enough to come to our normal Club nights. More experienced players are very welcome to come to the session also, as an introduction to the Club.
Club Wimbledon Tickets - The Club has a limited number of Wimbledon tickets which are raffled and won by Club members who are registered through the LTA website for British Tennis Membership. The cost of the tickets vary according to the Court. To particiapte in the raffle you need to be a Bar Hill Club members and to be registered on the LTA site by 25th April 2011. (It is currently free of charge to join the LTA).

Club nights Tuesdays & Thursdays - Dispite an increase in membership this year the numbers attending Club nights has gone down. What not make a decision to come down and meet other members before the cold nights set in?
