1. Autumn to Spring Membership will be deemed completed once payment has been made.

2. I agree to share form responses with Bar Hill Tennis Club (the Club) for the purpose of completing the Membership.

3. I grant the Club permission to securely hold contact and personal details for the sole purpose of allowing the Club to communicate with me or other members in relation to the Club's activities or Membership matters.  The Club will not share personal details with any 3rd parties or Club without permission being granted using the "Contact Us" page.

4. We are currently seeking funding to resurface our ageing courts as the surface is breaking up in places leaving loose gravel on the surface.  Users should take care when using the courts and particular care should be taken during inclement weather to ensure the courts are suitable for play.

All users of the courts do so at their own risk and the Club cannot be held responsible for any loss injury, damage or costs incurred.

5. All play must be undertaken in line with current Government Covid -19 guidance and you must follow any guidelines displayed on the Courts.
